Amazing Aging

As we get into our late 50s and early sixties, there is a shift in how our bodies function and changes we can not ignore. What used to work to keep us healthy, doesn't work as well, not at all and can actually be harmful. We are more at risk of significant serious health issues or a devastating health emergency at this time.
